Okay guys, I'm pretty sure this is going to be yet another pointless journal (Actually, they're all pretty pointless) but there is something on my mind and I need to say it or else I'm going to rip my face off.

Media. Interviews. Ugh. Is it just me, or does it never seem to be about the music or art anymore? It seems to be all about wanting to know who's dating who, beliefs, basically anything and everything invasive. My heart aches for the people sitting in the chair, under the spotlight when people are throwing rude and down right private matter questions at them. Yeah, sometimes it's really interesting; But there's a very thin line between friendly curiousity and invasive and personal things that you just do NOT ask. I think it's almost hard to be a role model sometimes, and be yourself as a person because we all make mistakes. I could be wrong, but it it's most likely impossible to live your life as who you are when you have to consider every moment and every move you make. And there are some amazing role models out there, and they seem perfect, but the fact that they can make a mistake makes them even better role models. And I think that when someone sees a role model for millions of people, they're take every available shot and start a rumor to try and bring them down. Having the courage to go out there, talk about your beliefs, it is so immense. But for some, I think they've been teased about their beliefs and picked on so much that they want to forget about that part of who they are and they handle it well, but sad because it's almost scripted. And then people will go out on a foot and say what they believe is weird or stupid. It's not weird, stupid or any negative label you want to put on it. It's not nessicarily right or wrong. It's just different from what you know and are accustomed to, let me tell you, it takes ALL KINDS to make this world. If we all believed the same things, we'd all be a bunch of boring mindless robots. We're people of equal value and that's how it's supposed to be. Just because you see someone on the TV screen or hear them on the radio, never makes it okay to ask personal and private questions.

Sorry about that little (maybe big) rant. I just think it needed to be said. What are your views?
